Rugby Golf & Padel Classic 2026

We are delighted to announce details of the Rugby Golf & Padel Classic in association with Artel Scaffolding, as we return to the stunning La Manga Club resort in Spain from Thursday 11th June to Sunday 14th June 2026.

You may have noticed an extra word in our event title this year — and for good reason. We’re introducing a major new addition: PADEL. So if golf isn’t your game, you now have another way to get competitive!

Since its inception, the Rugby Golf & Padel Classic has raised over £800,000 for charitable causes — including more than £50,000 in 2025 alone. We’re looking forward to raising even more valuable funds this year, with our 2026 beneficiary set to be announced in due course.

Our past line-up of legends includes: Willie John McBride CBE, Jason Leonard OBE, Lawrence Dallaglio OBE, Roger Uttley OBE, Simon Shaw MBE, Joe Worsley MBE, Invictus Captain Bernie Broad, Giselle Mather, Andy Gomarsall MBE, Damian Hopley MBE, Tom Shanklin, Bryan Redpath & Kenny Logan — plus many more.

All Packages Include (unless otherwise stated):

• 5-star Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa Thursday to Sunday, with breakfast included
• Three evenings of drink receptions, excellent themed dinners and live entertainment, including:
• Thursday: Hawaiian BBQ on the Terrace with live entertainment

• Two days of competition golf on the North & South Courses, designed excitement and fair competition, welcoming golfers of all levels.
• Day 1 - South Course : Team Stableford + Celebrity Individual Stableford
• Day 2 - North Course: Team Texas Scramble
• Automatic inclusion in the Par 3 Challenge
• Golf buggies
• Multiple prizes across the two days including the coveted Rugby Golf Classic trophy.

Golf Package Costs:

• Individual - £1,500.00
• Team of 3 - £4,495.00 (joined by a Rugby or Football Legend)
• Team of 4 - £5,985.00

Padel Package:

In addition to the package benefits above, Padel packages include:

• A fast-paced, two day, fully structured tournament across Men’s, Ladies’ and Mixed categories.
• Minimum 90 minutes of play per session thanks to our rotation system.
• Round Robin, followed by Finals on second day.
• Prizes issued for winning pairing across the categories.

Padel Package Costs:

• Individual with accommodation - £1,275.00
• Individual without accommodation - £825.00
