Wasps Legends announce Long Lunch grant recipient

We are delighted to announce that the Wasps Legends Long Lunch Event Grant recipient for 2024 is the excellent Millimetres 2 Mountains!

Millimetres 2 Mountains was founded by former Wasp Ed Jackson and his wife Lois Jackson, following an accident that rendered Ed paralysed from the shoulders down. From being told that he would never walk again to summiting Mont Buet 18 months later, Ed’s story is one of incredible determination & inspiration.

What Ed, Lois & the team at Millimetres 2 Mountains have built in the face of such adversity defies belief: a loving, thriving support network built on adventure and community, as well as a development programme refined and bolstered by a team of industry leading experts.

Millimetres 2 Mountains are hugely deserving recipients of this grant and Kimberly Ericksen, charity manager at M2M added "we are truly honoured to be recognised as a charity partner and grateful for the generous support provided by the Wasps Legends event grant. This funding will have a profound impact on helping our beneficiaries overcome their personal challenges, fostering self-confidence and aiding in their journey of rehabilitation".
