Driving Growth: Steve Pilgrim Joins Wasps Legends as Business Development Manager

Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation welcomes Steve Pilgrim as New Business Development Manager.

The Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Pilgrim as its new Business Development Manager, marking an exciting new chapter in the Foundation’s mission to change lives through the spirit of rugby.

Since its founding in 2012, the Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation has raised over £1 million for more than 100 deserving causes, uniting the rugby community behind a shared passion for giving back. Steve joins at a pivotal time for the Foundation, bringing a wealth of experience in relationship building and partnership development to help drive future growth and strengthen our community impact.

In his new role, Steve will lead the development and management of the Foundation’s membership and corporate partner programmes, oversee the relaunch of the Business Club, and expand sponsorship and fundraising opportunities. He will also focus on deepening relationships with donors, supporters, and corporate partners, while implementing a new Foundation-wide CRM system to streamline engagement and strengthen connections across the Wasps Legends community.
