Wasps Legends: 2024 Recap

Thank you for your incredible support throughout 2024. Your generosity has made a profound impact on the many causes we’ve supported, truly enabling us to change lives through the spirit of rugby.

Last year was action-packed, featuring events like Purple Ski’s 5* Chalet Iona Ski Trip, the return of our cherished Hall of Fame with eight new members inducted into the pantheon of Wasps greats, the 7th Rugby Golf Classic in La Manga, and new, collaborative additions, such as the Tourmalet Cycle Ride, Chewbacca Golf Challenge, and the Winchester Ball.

We have a dual mission: to raise significant funds that allow us to change lives through the spirit of rugby, and to provide a platform for our community to come together, and in the process, support causes close to their hearts. In 2024, we are delighted to have raised over £75,000 for deserving causes, and in 2025, our aim is to better this total, while strengthening our ties to the wider rugby community. We are immensely proud to have now surpassed £1,000,000 in fundraising since 2012. Our focus remains on hosting a variety of fundraising and social events, with transparency at the heart of our ongoing strategy.

We’re also thrilled to share our first ever Legends charity video, launching next week, which highlights who we are as a Foundation and celebrates the achievements of our community.

We do not take your support for granted, and are determined to showcase throughout this year just how valuable your contribution is to our Foundation and the many causes that we are able to support.
