Wasps Legends announce Bath Rugby Foundation as Long Lunch Beneficiary

We are delighted to announce that our Long Lunch 2025 Event Grant recipient is the fantastic Bath Rugby Foundation.

Established in November 2003, Bath Rugby Foundation was set up to give back to the local community. In the 22 years since, the Foundation has proudly worked with thousands of children in the local community, and their staff, trustees and partners remain committed to empowering disadvantaged young people in the Bath area, giving all children and young people an equal opportunity.

Our support will help to grow their Hi5! Club, an inclusive sports programme for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The Hi5! Club provides weekly opportunities for those aged 7 - 25 to take part in rugby, golf, and multisports, while also building friendships and confidence through social time.

As the basis of Bath Rugby Foundation’s long-term inclusion strategy, Hi5! Club is the gateway to mixed ability rugby teams, inclusive programmes such as Equal Play Rugby for girls, and the wider Sport For All schools network. Over the past decade, the programme has led to the creation of six mixed ability teams across the region and the hosting of the largest mixed ability rugby tournament in the country.

We are immensely proud to support Bath Rugby Foundation in their mission to ensure that sport is truly for everyone.
