Richard Birkett Announced as First Inductee into Wasps Legends Hall of Fame 2026

Our first inductee into the Wasps Legends Hall of Fame 2026 is Richard Birkett!

Regarded as one of Wasps’ most dependable locks, our first inductee made over 250 appearances between 1999 – 2012, playing a key role in a dominant period for Wasps. He was central to four Premiership titles and the 2004 Heineken Cup success.

A one club man and a true Wasps Legend.

His outstanding career places him firmly into the pantheon of Wasps greats, and we are delighted to be able to welcome him to the Wasps Legends Hall of Fame on March 18th.
